The Lancaster Environment Centre (LEC) is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Senior Teaching Technician.
Working closely within our team of teaching technicians, you will develop in-depth knowledge of the variety of practical modules taught at LEC. You will support the delivery of practical modules by preparing in advance materials and resources spanning a range of disciplines including Geography, Earth and Environmental Science, Ecology and Biological Science. You will apply your technical and practical skills to support and train students and staff, co-manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the teaching laboratories, and ensure adherence safe working practices.
