This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Are you enthusiastic, proactive and highly organised and looking to work in a varied and fast-paced environment? Do you have strong communication skills, customer focus and are able to interact with a range of stakeholders?
The University of Leeds is one of the top 100 universities in the world. We have a truly global community, with more than 39,000 students from 170 different countries and over 9,000 staff of 100 different nationalities. Established in 1904, we have a strong tradition of academic excellence, reflected in first-class student education, along with world-leading research that has a real impact around the globe. The International Office supports the recruitment of international students to the University of Leeds and leads the delivery of the University’s International Strategy.
You will be part of a busy team, working across a range of activities to support the delivery of international student recruitment targets across a range of markets. This will include managing and coordinating the work of our Link to Leeds ambassadors and the content they produce for a range of channels, and organising a range of visits to the University, such as campus tours and the Osaka Global School. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be working with both internal and external stakeholders across all levels. The ability to work under pressure with conflicting demands, is also very important in this role.
