The Directorate of Marketing, Communications and International is recruiting a Senior International Officer to support the University’s aims for growth in international student numbers.
The Senior International Officer will join our growing International section and will be responsible for developing cross channel student recruitment strategies to attract growing numbers of international students from assigned regions to the Ipswich campus.
About you
You will be dynamic, forward-thinking and able to work collaboratively within a high-performing team as well as independently and autonomously to agreed deadlines. Project work will form an important part of this role; therefore, you will have best-in-class organisation and time management skills.
You will have experience working in an international recruitment role and understand the importance of developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as academic colleagues, agent partners, international schools and sponsors.
The role will require periods of overseas travel, often working evenings and weekends, therefore you must be able to demonstrate your ability to travel independently for prolonged periods of time.
