The City Law School is the first in London and the only in the University of London to educate students and practitioners at all stages of legal education. Responsibilities
City Law School is seeking to recruit a Student / Course Administrator to provide support to students across all programmes. The Student / Course Administrator will be the first point of contact for student enquiries, advising on a wide range of course related matters as well as dealing with general enquires from prospective students. They will also provide routine administrative support to all members of the course office and undertake specific tasks as required.
Person Specification
The successful candidates will be educated to A-level or equivalent, with experience of working in a busy, customer-focussed environment and a demonstrated commitment to providing a high standard of customer service. They will have excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with enquiries effectively, efficiently and with tact and diplomacy. They will also be an effective oral and written communicator with excellent IT skills. The successful candidate must be a team player with a good eye for detail and have the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
