We are looking to appoint an exceptional individual to join our busy Estates and Facilities team. The post holder will play a key role providing professional Quantity Surveying to support the Estates and Facilities Department in providing a safe environment to support the activities of staff and students.
You will play a lead role in the delivery of the Universities Estates Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance programme, assisting the Estates Strategy and Masterplan and improving our estates infrastructure to provide modern and sustainable high-quality teaching and research environment across campus and halls of residence.
