As the Marketing and Recruitment Officer working in the Education Development Team, you will own a suite of online, blended and transnational education courses, working with academic directors, market insight experts, and eLearning specialists to support the design of market-led courses. You will lead on the development of marketing and recruitment toolkits for our five recruiting centres, enabling them to meet commercial goals. Taking a data-led and market-orientated approach, you will develop strategic plans detailing the full marketing mix; from personas and customer journeys, to value propositions, key messaging and content, campaign channel management and engagement – keeping the learner at the heart of your marketing activity. You will be sensitive to cultural nuances and will work with colleagues at our International Centres and Strategic Partners to meet local market needs. As a confident and tech-savvy marketer, you will have demonstrated experience of using a range of critical marketing tools including CRM systems, Email Automation and Analytics amongst others, with an awareness of the latest marketing trends and channels for your target audience. You will be skilled in using data to optimise content and conversion across the learner journey to deliver measurable results.
