London College of Communication (LCC) is seeking a customer focused, personable and highly organised individual to provide a fully functional reception and support service for the College’s Information Centre.
As the Information Centre Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact in providing front-line assistance and comprehensive support to external visitors, current students, and members of academic, technical, professional, and administrative staff. The role is busy and varied and your excellent organisational skills will be key as you assist in the planning and delivery of events, manage diaries and hospitality requests, train ambassadors and support evening and weekend events. You will also assist with the planning and leading of tours of the College for prospective students and new staff and work closely with the Information Centre Manager on strategic developments and projects.
This role also involves you taking responsibility for maintaining and developing the Centre’s visual content, so a knowledge of Adobe CC suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and visual design and communication skills (layout, colour theory, typography, photography) would be desirable.
