Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Technician (Clinical Skills and Simulation) to join our health team.
This role will support the delivery of contemporary and innovative clinical skills and simulation education for health professional students, undertaking a range of programmes across the Department of Health (including Nursing and Physiotherapy).
The successful applicant will work in our purpose-built facilities in Moss House and the Health, Skills and Simulation Suite, but will also provide technical support as required across the campus.

Maintaining a safe learning environment is a key responsibility of the post. The post-holder will be required to support the course team in the effective use and management of the training areas; equipment management and managing the appropriate preparation for the delivery of clinical skills; simulation teaching sessions; and assessment of students.
Training will be provided on the specialist equipment and audio-visual equipment, so this role is suitable for anyone with technical and/or IT skills, an individual with work experience in a technical/IT focused or a person-centred work environment.
