The Role
We have a vacancy in our Faculty Finance Team. Our team provides a high standard of finance administrative support to all Faculty staff and our students ensuring the Faculty runs as financially efficient as possible within the budgets provided. The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality experiences to the Senior Management team, staff and students - from responding to queries, maintaining accurate financial records and processing expenses, requests and invoices in a timely manner. Successful applicants will be based on the Avery Hill Campus.
Your profile
The role would suit applicants interested in developing a career in the Higher Education sector. You will work flexibly to support and assist across a range of faculty activities, contributing to a consistent, professional, and welcoming service and ensuring that administrative systems function effectively.
Good communication skills including a pleasant telephone manner are essential. You must be able to work accurately, be organised and prioritise your workload with minimal supervision. You will have strong IT skills and enjoy multi-tasking, having several projects on the go at any one time. MS Excel experience is a must. Experience of working in a higher education environment is desirable.
