Hours: Full Time
Contract Type: Permanent

St Catherine’s College is seeking to recruit a Development Assistant to join our friendly Development Office. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in the field of Development and Alumni Relations.

The Development Assistant supports the work of the Development Office by providing high-quality administrative, financial, and events support. This role is central to the smooth running of the College’s alumni relations and fundraising activities, ensuring the accurate processing of donations and financial records, maintaining up-to-date database information, and assisting with the organisation of communications and events.

As a key point of contact for alumni and supporters, the post-holder will help to foster positive relationships with the wider College community and contribute to the overall success of the College’s development programme.

This is a particularly exciting time to join one of Oxford’s youngest and largest Colleges as it has recently welcomed a new Master – Jude Kelly CBE. The College is focussed on expanding and enhancing its Development and Alumni Relations programme, including prioritising funding the reopening of key College buildings including our Kitchen, Hall, and Library.

The salary is set within the range £26,338 – £29,959  per annum, comprising 35 hours per week (0.8 of full-time hours would be considered). In addition, benefits include free use of the College gym, a generous leave allowance, free meals whilst on duty, and a season ticket loan scheme for travel.

Further particulars and details of how to apply are available on the College’s website by clicking the 'Apply' button above. They can also be obtained via email from personnel@stcatz.ox.ac.uk.

The closing date for receipt of applications is midday on Monday 14th July 2025.
