Role Summary
There is a need for a Project Officer to support the Project Manager with day-to-day activities and administration as it moves to the end of the project state. This role will involve duties such as monitoring / collection of project deliverables, monitoring and reviewing financial expenditure and the communication of information, guidance and regulations to project participants. The post holder will also contribute to the planning of events and meetings and assist the Project Manager and Business Development Manager in the successful delivery of these activities.
The Project Officer may also undertake other project management and administration duties to assist with other projects as agreed with Project Director.
Main Duties
This role will liaise with staff primarily within AMCASH 2 project and beyond to ensure smooth delivery of projects, manage small project(s) or assist in the management of project(s) through the provision of significant and high-level project management support.
