The Student Administration Office is the focus for student lifecycle support in the Department of Engineering Science, ranging from Outreach and Access activity, through on-course administration, to supporting the department’s alumni community.
We are seeking a Project Officer to join the team on a temporary basis to manage and deliver on a number of key projects supporting the student experience. You will assist senior staff with translating project results into action plans aligned to academic priorities, putting students at the centre of our delivery, driving change where necessary, and ensuring a focus on excellence.
You should have an excellent understanding of procedures and processes related to academic administration, including examining and assessment. Excellent problem solving and organisation skills are essential and you should possess the ability to meet competing deadlines.
