The School of Social and Political Sciences is recruiting a 2 year fixed term lecturer in Political Theory to provide cover for Dr Craig Smith while he is focusing on events surrounding the tercentenary of Adam Smith’s birth.
The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of an excellent student experience by contributing to teaching, assessment and administration processes associated with undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and to undertake scholarship to enhance learning and teaching in the School of Social and Political Sciences. While we are open to any area of Political Theory, we particularly welcome applications from candidates with a substantive expertise in the History of Political Thought.
This post is full time (35 hrs per week) and fixed term for 2 years.
