You will be responsible for the day-to-day technical leadership of a small team of trade staff, acting as a key customer contact for a large diverse portfolio of the University’s buildings. You will also be responsible for the management of specialist contractors. You will lead, manage and coordinate the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works, delivering compliance and ensuring that the highest standards of quality are met.
You will be experienced in working with and through others to achieve high quality standards of maintenance within a large or complex environment. You will have the ability to work pragmatically to ensure that planned and reactive maintenance activities are delivered on time, cost and quality.
