The Estates and Facilities directorate is seeking to appoint a part-time Administration Support Officer to assist its senior management team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, organised and motivated individual, with excellent communication skills, to join our team in a role that works in conjunction with administrative support already in place.
The Estates and Facilities directorate is a busy, customer focused environment and under the guidance of the Estates & Facilities Governance and Compliance Officer, you will be required to provide confidential duties to deliver a comprehensive, cost effective and efficient administration support service. Core duties of this role will include servicing meetings by preparing agendas, collating papers and taking minutes; managing Outlook calendars for the senior management team and providing cover in the absence of the Estates & Facilities Governance and Compliance Officer.

This is a part-time position working 26 hours per week (Tuesday to Friday) on a permanent basis and you will be based in 12 Kirkby Terrace on the main Plymouth campus.
