The Data Insights Officer role will include, but not be limited to:
You should be very comfortable with Excel, and ideally have experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
Some flexibility of hours may be required to support with weekend recruitment events.
The role sits within the Market and Customer Insight Team, which is part of the wider Marketing, Recruitment and External Relations Directorate. We are focused on the journey students go on from first enquiry to graduation, and your work will have the power to really positively impact on students’ experience with us. You’ll be working at a university which was recently ranked sixth in the Higher Education Policy Institute’s (HEPI) 2022 Social Mobility Index (number one in the North West), and is committed to improving social mobility for young people, as well as delivering on the government’s levelling up agenda.
