The Data Insights Officer role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing integrated, actionable market intelligence data to support decision making across the university, with a particular focus on recruitment and admissions
  • Supporting on portfolio development through the identification and analysis of relevant datasets
  • Providing analytics and business intelligence reports, using the University’s Customer Relationship Management system, as required

You should be very comfortable with Excel, and ideally have experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

Some flexibility of hours may be required to support with weekend recruitment events.

The role sits within the Market and Customer Insight Team, which is part of the wider Marketing, Recruitment and External Relations Directorate. We are focused on the journey students go on from first enquiry to graduation, and your work will have the power to really positively impact on students’ experience with us.
