Provide a professional front of house service that ensures all visitors receive a warm and professional welcome and assist other University departments to ensure facilities are accessible, well-maintained and fit for purpose.
What will you be doing?
Reception duties, essential safety and fire compliance testing, opening / securing rooms, validating and assisting visitors, post receipt and distribution, room set-ups. Includes some manual handling.
You should apply if
You have good customer service experience and good basic IT skills, education to NVQ/equivalent minimum or further education an advantage.
Post 1: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, late finish (4pm to midnight)
Post 2: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 1pm to 5pm
