Digital & Technology Services provide IT services and facilities for the University of Dundee across all campuses. The directorate is split into four delivery departments: Security Infrastructure & Research Computing, Business Services, End User Services and Directors Office. The directorate provides services ranging from the provision of the university core network & datacentres through to client devices and provision of corporate software systems.
We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join us as a Commercial Manager within Digital & Technology Services, to provide leadership on all aspects of procurement and commercial relationships in respect to IT and service contracts. This is a permanent appointment.
Reporting to the Director of Digital and Technology Services and Director of Finance, this role is responsible for the procurement strategy and management practices ensuring compliance with legislation and regulation. Leadership of procurement and commercial relationships in respect to IT and service contracts. Working effectively with various stakeholders to realise the One Dundee approach.
Digital & Technology Services are currently undertaking a significant multi-year investment in new and improved services across the university. As part of this we are expanding our team and are looking for outstanding candidates to join us. You will be joining a team which is at the centre of the next stage of the university's growth.
