This is a full time, open-ended appointment (1 FTE).
A fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within Student Financial Support.
Working closely with the Student Funding Manager, you will contribute to the overall effective service delivery of the funding and financial support arrangements of the College.
You will assist in the design, development and delivery of procedures and processes relating to Financial Support that will help meet the College’s strategic aims of recruitment, retention and Widening Participation.
You will be able to demonstrate management experience ideally gained in a student financial support setting. You will have significant knowledge and experience of working with student financial support systems and processes and enjoy the flexibility and adaptability of working in a busy environment.
You will utilise excellent leadership skills to manage both team and individual performance, motivate staff and maintain high morale to ensure an excellent service to staff and students.
An excellent communicator and organiser, you will have experience of setting objectives and monitoring performance to achieve results.
You will be an experienced independent problem solver, committed to service improvement and maintaining positive relationships with students and staff across the College.
This opportunity would build on experience as a Student Funding Administrator, Student Funding Advisor.

Remuneration:
Grade 6 of the College's London Pay Scale which is £36,374 rising to £41,348 per annum.
The salary quoted is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
