Analyst Developer (Student Systems)
Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week)

Salary: The starting salary will be from £36,333 up to £38,474 per annum in
Grade 7a depending on qualifications and experience
Using a range of technologies, you will be part of the Student Systems team working within Information Systems, developing and supporting staff and student IT systems. You will lead on a range of projects and activities across the development cycle including technical design, analysis, development, testing and deployment, to extend and enhance existing solutions and develop new processes and services, ensuring that they are fit for purpose and meet strategic and user requirements. You will be working across a range of technologies and systems including Tribal SITS, eVision, and SQL reporting services, and collaborating with a range of end users and customers.
Working in a complex environment, your work will involve effective communication and consultation with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with industry best practice, IT standards and regulatory compliance.
Applicants must have practical experience of professional system development for IT systems, planning and implementing technical projects, and engaging with end users to understand and analyse their requirements and develop corresponding solutions. Excellent problem solving, customer service and communication skills are essential.
