We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience of Geoarchaeology, Quaternary Science, Environmental Archaeology or Physical Geography to join the Quest team. The role will include undertaking, supervising and monitoring borehole survey and ground investigation works, recording and interpreting deposits, extracting stratigraphic data from secondary sources, deposit modelling and contributing to a variety of report types. The role holder will also undertake a range of geoarchaeological-focussed laboratory techniques and be responsible for the running and maintenance of a suite of laboratories.
Quest (Quaternary Scientific) is a well-established enterprise within the School of Archaeology, Geography and Environmental Science (SAGES) at the University of Reading.
