A founding member of the Russell Group, the University of Southampton is among the top 80 global universities and in the UK’s top 15.
Our new University Strategy sets out a clear vision – that we inspire excellence to achieve the remarkable and build an inclusive world. Through our international student recruitment, we create a community of global scholars and accelerate our impact on society, helping to change the world for the better. As such, now is the time to join our re-shaped and future-facing International Office.
We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage our Agent and EdTech team. This post would suit someone with experience of managing and motivating agent partners and who is comfortable using technology to enhance our size and shape ambitions.
As Agent and EdTech Manager, you’ll be responsible for the University’s agent partnerships including commission processes, delivering agent training, and coordinating agent agreements. You will also manage the University’s engagement with, and use of, educational technology (EdTech), aggregators and digital platforms to support international student recruitment channels and provide students and agents with an excellent applicant experience.
About you:
You’ll be experienced in managing agent partnerships including approval, communications, reporting and review strategies, have a demonstrable history of embedding good practice, and have the ability to balance agent partner needs with those of the University to act as advocate for both parties. You’ll need to liaise across the organisation and beyond to ensure success, as well as being highly organised with close attention to detail.
