We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Biomedical Sciences (Learning, Teaching & Scholarship Track) to contribute to the delivery of an excellent student experience by delivering, organising and reviewing teaching, assessment and administration processes associated with undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and to undertake scholarship to enhance learning and teaching in the School of Molecular Biosciences. This post will be predominantly focussed on delivering the PGT Biomedical Sciences programmes.
The School of Molecular Biosciences contains a multi-disciplinary centre of excellence conducting fundamental and translational life science research underpinning health and food security. The School’s expert teaching staff lead exciting and though-provking undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes that set students up for successful and integrative careers with the biological fields. The School is one of eight Schools in the College of Medical, Veterinary and Life Sciences.
We welcome applications from candidates who hold Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework level 12 (PhD) or equivalent in related discipline with a growing reputation for scholarship within the subject area.
