The Centre for Lifelong Learning is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Admissions Assistant to provide high quality administrative support, processing and maintaining applications for a diverse range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and short courses within the Centre for Lifelong Learning.
This is a varied role where you will utilise your experience of delivering excellent customer service. You will be first point of contact and advice for a range of stakeholders which may include applicants, Apprentice employers, Academic team and course directors, and internal departments throughout the application cycle. Full training can be provided to support these requirements.
You will have a high level of IT literacy, processing admissions applications to a high standard, and be highly organised, coordinating our assessment/interview days.
Although previous experience in Admissions/Higher Education environment working with adult learners would be advantageous, full admissions training will be provided, and you will work with a friendly and supportive admissions team.
This is a student-facing role, with scope for some hybrid working, depending on business needs.
