Your Role as Food & Beverage Manager 

Working closely with the Deputy Head of Retail and Franchise and Head of Retail and Franchise Operations, you will be instrumental in coaching and empowering the Catering team across our Retail units to deliver a quality service and will engage with our customers and the team to create a positive environment to both work in and visit. You will assist with the running and management of a variety of high-volume retail and franchise venues, which may include customer service duties, stock ordering, and cashing up at busy periods, or as required.
 
 The successful candidate for the role will have a real passion for food and service and a desire to develop and learn in a fast-paced environment.
 
 Candidates must have extensive relevant work experience within a similar role, possess excellent organisation, planning and administration skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office products. A passion for food and excellent customer service skills are also essential for this role. You will be required to be flexible in working across the university campuses, a driving licence and access to own car is preferred, but not an essential requirement.

Available Post:

  • This position is offered on permanent basis. Hours of work are full time (36.25 per week) worked 5 days out of 7 (to be arranged) and will include working evenings and weekends. Flexibility will be required. Arrangements for job share will be considered.
