Candidates with a passion for inspiring teaching, an aptitude and interest to teaching broader subject areas in digital construction and related areas in construction management and quantity surveying will be preferred. The ability to develop innovative modes of course delivery, assessment, and curriculum design will be taken as a great advantage. The department is delivering a dual degree programme with Northeast Forestry University, China. The successful applicant will play a key role in the delivery of this programme.
Candidates should have a PhD or an MSc with relevant industry experience in Construction management or quantity surveying or built environment or civil engineering or closely aligned disciplines. Teaching experience, a good publication record and demonstrable evidence to develop an internationally recognised research profile are required.
