This is an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical skills and grow your experience of using a range of analytical tools and approaches in a large and complex organisation.
As part of our HR Analytics team, but working closely with our Research Strategy and Policy Unit, you will play a crucial role in the provision of high quality, insightful staffing data and analysis, to support the University’s research quality and culture. While your remit will focus on research staff data, you will be an integral part of the HR Analytics team and, as such, will have the opportunity to learn from your colleagues in the team and to influence the development of our technical roadmap.
You will have exceptional analytical ability and experience of using a range of tools to extract and manipulate data from a variety of sources and present it in a user-friendly format. You will be a strong communicator and able to build effective working relationships that support collaborative working.
Our small, friendly, and highly motivated team work on a hybrid basis, with one-two days a week in the office and the rest from home. While the role is full-time, we would consider a 0.8 basis.
