Located in London at the heart of the global music industry, ICMP has been developing and delivering contemporary music education for over 30 years – longer than any other music school in the UK. The school offers a specialist range of industry-aligned undergraduate and postgraduate courses focused on preparing musicians, producers, performers, creative artists and entrepreneurs for a successful and rewarding career in the music and wider industries. 

With two stunning purpose-designed campus buildings in North London, the institution has recently been awarded its own Degree Awarding Powers and is on track to achieve University Title in the next two years. Requirements

ICMP has a strong tradition of international recruitment, and it now wishes to develop a full International Office to provide services to international students throughout their journey at ICMP. You will be responsible for the strategic development and growth of the department into an International Office providing enquiry-to-graduation support in specific international matters. 

As part of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for departmental planning, budget setting and reporting, setting recruitment targets and planning operationally and strategically to meet ICMP’s objectives. 

You will ideally be highly skilled, dynamic, flexible, and committed leader with the potential to help us realise our mission and strategic objectives. You must have a deep understanding, knowledge, and experience of all aspects of international recruitment and international agent portfolio in the Higher Education sector.

You will have a proven track record in leading customer service improvements and enhancements and have excellent interpersonal skills along with the ability to work collegiately with academic and professional services colleagues. 

This position is ideally suited to an experienced and ambitious professional seeking to develop their career in a dynamic and growing Higher Education provider.
