The Fashion Marketing Degree Programme sits within the Department of Marketing (Event Management, Fashion Marketing and Marketing Programmes) and the Faculty of Business and Digital Technologies. Our Faculty strategy is rooted in providing an inclusive, empowering, and transformative education to our students and delivering an interdisciplinary research agenda that yields fresh and sustainable contributions with impact. We also engage with business and society to help them shape talent and flourish sustainably.
We are currently seeking a Senior Lecturer in Fashion Marketing to teach modules across our Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes. We are welcoming applications from suitably qualified candidates for this role.
The successful candidates will have experience of teaching in several of the key areas of Fashion Marketing and Marketing at undergraduate/postgraduate level: Retailing; Buying; Merchandising; Enterprise; Consumer Psychology; PR; Relationship Marketing; Marketing Ethics; Sustainability; Trends; Supply Chains; Design/Creative Thinking. The successful candidate will also have experience of supervising dissertations at undergraduate/postgraduate level. Experience of module management is essential.
The candidate will be a team player with in-depth knowledge of the Fashion Marketing Industry. A keenness to engage fully in the development and delivery of our dynamic portfolio of Departmental programmes and to contribute to our research and knowledge exchange agenda is essential.
