Job Description
We are seeking a flexible and committed Lecturer in Business Management with expertise in Statistics to join our academic team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and accessible teaching to a diverse cohort of students at undergraduate and foundation levels. You will be expected to contribute to module development, assessment design, and student support, ensuring an excellent learning experience.
As part of our flexible learning model, the role requires availability to teach during evenings and weekends in line with business needs and student timetables.
About the Role
The postholder will be responsible for delivering and assessing modules in Business Management, with a particular emphasis on Statistics at Level 4 and data analysis for Research Methods. You will contribute to curriculum design, prepare and deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops, and provide academic and pastoral support to students. A key requirement of this role is the flexibility to teach during evenings and weekends, as part of our commitment to accessible and responsive learning.

This role is specifically to work with our cohorts who are taught outside regular office hours, including weekend work on Saturdays and Sundays and evening work. The postholder would be expected to be on campus for at least three sessions a week and hold online session at other points when teaching is taking place. There will also be some weekday working in line with business needs and teambuilding
