This exciting opportunity is a part time role (0.5 FTE) for 12 months and the position holder will be responsible for leading the development of an inter-professional education programme of courses involving clinical simulation. The position holder will be responsible for bringing together trainers from across the University of Reading (UoR) and Royal Berkshire Foundation Trust (RBFT) to identify and develop IPE courses that meet the training needs of medical and non-medical healthcare professionals.
These two institutions have recently co-developed a clinical simulation teaching facility and we would like to build on this collaboration by creating a suite of interprofessional education (IPE) training activities where both institutions work together to use the new teaching facility to enhance learning opportunities for students and health professionals.
