We have an opportunity for a Research Assistant to contribute to an exciting programme of complex intervention research led by Professor Sharon Simpson. You will be expected to contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and research proposals as well as help manage and direct complex projects within the Complexity in Health Programme of the MRC/CSO Social and Public Health Sciences Unit (SPHSU).
You will be supporting a number of research projects in the programme including CLOCK OFF which is developing and testing an intervention to improve sleep in adolescents and the NAPSACC study which is testing an intervention to improve diet and physical activity in young children.
Candidates should have knowledge of complex interventions and qualitative research methods and skills in qualitative analyses.
The post is full time and has funding for 15 months.
