We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage our Systems and Administration Team within the University’s Leadership and Management Development function. This involves people management, responsibility for financial monitoring and reporting, process management and improvement and administration of apprenticeships.
We require an experienced people manager with proven ability and knowledge of systems and administration management. Financial monitoring and reporting experience is essential, as is the ability to review, improve and implement processes, and to capture and manipulate data. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, are required for this role.
You will have the confidence to liaise with stakeholders both within and outside the University, high levels of accuracy and the ability to oversee the workload of a team, redeploying resources as necessary.
Not essential but a definite advantage is experience of working within the Higher Education sector, experience of working in an HR or Learning and Development environment and knowledge of apprenticeships.
You’ll be open to developing yourself and working within a collaborative team.
