Short summary
This is an ideal opportunity if you are interested in working in a dynamic People team, as it offers a wide variety of HR advisory responsibilities, as well as the opportunity to be part of one of the most significant UK biomedical science projects in a generation.
The People advisory team is involved in a range of activities, including employee relations activity, annual performance and pay review, training and development including manager induction, management information, and policy and process improvement.
Reporting to a People Partner and working alongside People Advisors, you will support the team across the full range of this activity. Your work will help to deliver a proactive and flexible HR service by providing relevant and appropriate HR support to all employees and non-employees at the Crick, whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with Institute procedures, policies, and employment legislation.

The Francis Crick Institute is a biomedical discovery institute dedicated to understanding the fundamental biology underlying health and disease. Its work is helping to understand why disease develops and to translate discoveries into new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, stroke, infections, and neurodegenerative diseases.
