The University of Nottingham is recruiting a Continuing Education Administrator to join our School of Health Sciences, one of the four Schools in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. The School provides a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the fields of nursing, midwifery, physiotherapy, sport rehabilitation, and allied health professionals. We aim to educate and nurture the best and brightest students to go on to transform the lives of individuals and communities locally, national, and international. 

As Continuing Education Administrator, you will assist in providing day-to-day administrative support to the School of Health Sciences’ portfolio of continuing education, including apprenticeship, postgraduate taught (PGT), and continuing professional development (CPD) programmes. This will require regular online and email communication with internal and external stakeholders, as well as an ability to process and compile data and spreadsheets accurately in preparation for reporting. You will maintain and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Teams pages, support the delivery of training and clinical skills sessions, as well as supporting the organisation of online meetings and events. You will work closely with students and apprentices at application stage and whilst on programme. As such, you will need excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, together with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

This is a permanent position available immediately.  Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours per week) however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 20 hours per week).
