Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Strategy and Programme Manager engages directly with senior leaders and stakeholders across the University to enable the translation of the University’s new 2030 Strategy into delivery. Leading and managing a challenging portfolio of projects within the strategic and transformation agenda, the post holder will demonstrate excellent relationship management skills and drive organisational collaboration to implement outcomes, enable change and realise strategic and operational benefits.
This is a critical role that supports the Universities 2030 Mission, designing and delivering the strategy infrastructure required to translate the University strategy to a 2-year rolling delivery plan. The role will design, implement, and embed a project management methodology and encompass strategic planning, developing, and reporting on KPIs and strategy progress.
The successful candidate should be educated to Degree level (or equivalent) or have equivalent level experience in designing, developing and implementing complex programmes along with relevant Project Management Qualification (PRINCE 2 practitioner or equivalent project management methodology.
