The role of Recruitment Co-ordinator within the central Recruitment team plays a pivotal role in ensuring that request to advertise are processed in a timely way and are presented to applicants in a professional manner.
This is the interface between recruiting departments and potential employees and as such our speedy and professional activities are key to the University achieving its stated ambition of being one of the world's exceptional universities.
The Recruitment Team sits within the broader HR Specialists area and therefore provides an opportunity for the postholder to gain insight into the wider HR operation.
