The role
Within our Building Services team we are looking for a Maintenance Multi Tradesperson to join us on a full time basis.
In this role you will carry out internal and external building fabric repairs for all buildings across our Clifton campus.
You will organise all aspects of the work including identifying any parts and equipment required; liaising with other departments to agree the best time to carry out the work to limit any disruption and working with other areas of the organisation and/or external contractors.
What will you be doing?
Your duties will include external and internal painting and decorating, carrying out building fabric repairs and performing general maintenance duties. You will ensure all work is undertaken in a safe, cost effective and efficient manner. You will also keep your customers updated with the progress of any work being carried out.

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and self-motivated person, who has relevant experience from within a similar role in the Facilities Maintenance industry or with experience of working in a maintenance service for a large estate.
You will ideally be qualified to NVQ level 2 or equivalent City and Guilds in a building related discipline, or have equivalent work experience.
A full UK Driving Licence is required as you will be required to travel to different buildings around out campus. You will have strong communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with internal and external customers and any members of the public you encounter.
