About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a Business Administrator to join our Campus and Commercial Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, proactive individual with strong administrative skills.
About You
You will have a good general standard of education (GCSE or equivalent) with strong numeracy and literacy skills. You’ll be confident using IT systems, particularly Google suite products and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and comfortable dealing with a wide range of support needs, particularly servicing meetings.
We are looking for someone who has experience working within busy office environments and demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills. You will balance multiple tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. With the opportunity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team you will bring initiative, flexibility and a positive, solution-focused approach.

In Commercial Services we employ approximately 650 staff and deliver a wide range of services that support the student experience! We manage over 6,000 bed spaces across a diverse portfolio, playing a vital role throughout the student journey—from Open Days through to graduation.
Campus Services provides Soft Facilities Management Services along with Commercial Services and in particular Print & Creative Services (PCS), that supports the University’s core business of teaching and research by delivery of a professional design, printing and finishing service which supports academic faculties and Professional Services to enable the University to achieve its strategic objectives.
