We are looking for a Maternity Leave cover for the role of Reward & Benefits Officer (HR) until 31st December 2024.
The role of Reward & Benefits Officer (HR) plays a key role in the Reward team in supporting us to deliver an exciting and challenging reward agenda. We are looking for someone in this role who has excellent organisational, attention to detail and communication skills to provide operational support to the team.
What you’ll be doing
The Reward & Benefits Officer role is positioned within the Reward team which is within the People Strategy team in the HR Division.
We see this role as being at the heart of the Reward team, ensuring we are achieving our full potential and supporting with the vital job of communicating our Reward “deal” to our colleagues.
The key priority for the role is to provide administrative and coordinating support for the Reward team to help with the achievement of reward and benefits priorities. The role will act as first point of contact for all reward and benefits queries through the Reward shared mailbox and maintain excellent working relationships across HR and the wider university as appropriate.
