We are looking for a Communications, Training and Webpage Manager to join the Registry Operations department within Academic and Student Support Services.
The Registry Operations department provides support to academic schools and professional services to deliver key University processes whilst also providing expert advice to staff and students on all operational aspects of the student journey; and the regulations which underpin these processes.
The work of the department is engaging, with teams motivated to collaborate within a supportive environment. We are seeking to recruit a reliable, and self-motivated individual to join us.
The role-holder will support the work of the Registry Operations Manager by developing communications, training, and webpage management across the department. This post will support a culture of continuous service improvement and undertake a range of duties:
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with Microsoft software and apps (e.g. Teams, Forms and SharePoint) and website maintenance, as well as developing communications and implementing and delivering training.
