The Faculty of Social Science and Public Policy are looking to recruit a full-time Executive Assistant who will head a highly professional, effective and confidential executive service to the Executive Dean’s office. 

The post-holder will also ensure that the Dean is fully briefed and prepared for all activities and ensure the smooth, efficient and effective running of their agenda and diary The post-holder will be responsible for providing a high level of support to the Faculty Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and other senior committees.

This is a hybrid role and the role holders will spend part of their working week on campus and part of the week working remotely.
