School Partnership Advisor Team Leader
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week (1.0fte)

Salary: The starting salary will be from £30,487 up to £32,982 per annum (pro rata) in Grade 6a, depending on qualifications and experience.
The successful candidate will lead an experienced and committed team of School Placement Advisors who source and manage school-based placements for students on our undergraduate and post graduate programmes. The postholder will oversee all operational arrangements, the partnership engagement process of delivery partners, ensuring consistent approaches to communications and systems are established. The postholder will play a key role in developing and maintain partnerships between Leeds Trinity and external education partners. Reporting to the School Partnerships Manager within the Graduate Outcomes and Enterprise Directorate working closely with the School of Education.
The successful candidate will have significant working experience and/or knowledge of partnership and placement activities in the education sector. They will be solution focussed and have excellent interpersonal communication skills, a proactive approach to relationship building and experience of systems management and data handling. Resourcefulness and well-developed administration and organisation skills are essential.
This role will be located at Leeds Trinity University campus in Horsforth, Leeds. Through our agile working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
