This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

The Digital Education Service is a core University service which delivers innovative digital learning and institutional digital education solutions. As a Project Manager (Operations & Processes), you will help to ensure that the Service has clear, documented and fit for purpose processes as well as managing key service projects. You will demonstrate and support our commitment to service excellence ensuring efficient policies, processes and operations to support the growth of the Digital Education Service.
You will have significant recent experience of managing and delivering concurrent complex projects throughout the entire project lifecycle with experience of applying best practice project methodologies. You will have strong communication and influencing skills with an ability to organise and work effectively with others.
