Further information about the School can be found here: www.mgmt.ucl.ac.uk/ About the role The UCL School of Management is looking to appoint a forward-thinking and committed full-time Associate Professor (Education) in Finance. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in empirical finance. The post-holder will be expected to design and/or deliver and assess modules at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels. The postholder will be involved in dissertation/project supervision, personal tutoring, and a range of citizenship roles within the School and/or the wider UCL. As an Associate Professor, the post-holder will i) demonstrate active engagement with the interface between scholarship research and education and its implications for teaching in the Finance area; ii) participate in education activity with students at any level, generating impact; and iii) engage with networks and reach in the context of colleagues in within UCL and beyond both nationally and internationally.
About you
The post holder will have solid knowledge of theory and practice in a disciplinary area related to finance and a relevant PhD or equivalent Doctorate in finance or economics.
