Salary from £40,229 to £48,456 per annum inclusive with potential to progress to £52,095 pa inclusive of London allowance
The LSE’s Department of Management is seeking to appoint a highly committed and motivated Programme Manager to lead on the administration of the Executive Global Masters in Management (EGMiM) degree programme and the department’s Executive Programme portfolio. This role will involve you working closely with staff, students, faculty and external networks in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the EGMiM student experience, from admission to graduation. You will work closely with senior academic and professional services staff to proactively develop the programme, student experience and learning community.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised programme manager to join a busy, friendly and professional team.
You should possess relevant experience of delivering events and overseas student experiences within the Higher Education sector. You will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to work under your own initiative as well as within a team, and sound IT skills. Previous relevant experience of working in a student-facing Higher Education environment is essential.
This is a hybrid role but there will be weeks across the academic year when the post holder will be expected to be on campus to support the face- to-face delivery of portfolio. Overseas travel, representing the LSE and the Department executive programmes portfolio, will be required.
We are happy to discuss flexible working requests for this role.
We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, hybrid working, and excellent training and development opportunities.
