An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and competent Administrative Assistant to join our NEACO team.
You will enjoy undertaking a variety of tasks from supporting financial processes, tracking inventory, and helping colleagues. You will be supporting a team who are mostly based remotely in schools and sixth forms across Norfolk. Currently we are working in a hybrid format; Mondays on campus and either based on campus or at home for the remainder of the week.
You will need five GCSEs at Grade A-C including Mathematics and English (or equivalent qualifications or experience) along with strong IT, communication and organisational skills.
This part-time (18.125 hours per week, 0.5 FTE) post is available from 5 February 2024 on a fixed term basis until 31 July 2024. We anticipate news on any future funding in May 2024.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and appointment will be subject to a criminal record check at Enhanced level from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
