We are a prestigious institution known for our commitment to excellence in Executive Education. We are currently seeking a Contracts and Compliance Manager to join our team. This role is critical to our success in managing contracts and ensuring compliance with legal standards and business policies.

You will play a key role in overseeing, project managing, and designing strategic business processes related to contracting and delivery within our Custom Executive Education business and its interactions throughout Executive Education and the wider school. You will utilise industry-standard practices like PRINCE2 to excel in this role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the contracting process for consultants within Executive Education, including new consultants, renewals, and non-renewals, while providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Manage the internal contract signing process for all client contracts, including proper recording of contract information and logging renewals and expiry dates.
  • Review contract compliance, collaborate with the finance team and Commercial Lawyer - OSBSL, and ensure contracts align with appropriate terms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client, participant, and internal compliance activities, including Right to Work, GDPR, IR35, and subject access requests.
  • Lead and contribute to Executive Education commercial-related projects, setting up and managing project teams as necessary.

You will have a strong grasp of project management methodology and principles, particularly PRINCE2, coupled with a track record of process mapping and developing innovative systems for business enhancement. You should have experience in contracting, operations management, or a similar role, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, the candidate should have both line management experience and a successful track record of functioning within project team environments.
