This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to the UK Student Recruitment Team for three days a week to facilitate the delivery of a wide range of key projects and events, including open days and campus visits.
The role is based at McKenzie House in Cardiff city centre. The team work in the office on Monday and Tuesday and from home for the remainder of the week. However, there are regular occasions when the team are required to be on campus Wednesday to Friday (e.g. to support event delivery) so a flexible approach is required. The role will also involve working across campus, including at a storage facility in Maindy Road, approximately 1.5 miles away from the office and will include some out-of-hours working and occasional weekend working. Please note, the post will involve some lone working and there will be an element of manual handling in terms of event set up/breakdown, as well as the preparation and distribution of materials for events and mailings.
This is a part-time role (21 hours per week) and is open-ended.
Salary: £23,700 - £24,533 per annum, pro rata (Grade 3)
