The School of Life Sciences is seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer in Neuroscience to develop and maintain a high-quality and innovative programme of research. This is a full time, indefinite post for an established researcher with a track-record of academic achievement in neuroscience. We are looking for a scientist with a genuine love for knowledge discovery, capacity for innovation, and strong collaborative ethic. The successful candidate will contribute to the positive research culture within the school including mentorship of our early career researchers.
The School of Life Sciences has a strong track record of excellence in neuroscience with an established team of exceptional neuroscientists and strong links across the University, including the Keele School of Medicine and the Harper-Keele Veterinary School which provide opportunities for interdisciplinary approaches to research questions.
In addition to their research role the successful candidate will contribute to teaching within the School. In order to achieve this you will be able to incorporate your neuroscience knowledge and expertise into exciting learning experiences for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
